Thanks, Inindiana!

I just got back from several days of backpacking, so the late response. Thanks for trying to help me out. I can't afford to join the un-free part of her website, so the answer is probably there. I think your suggestion is very wise and I will follow your advice.

Thanks again, girl!

I would alternate the cardio one day and strength training the next. I imagine with the 8 work outs they probably have different levels. Start where you are comfortable, the instructional dvd on her website states each workout can be completed in 15 minutes. I would contact her on her website if they did not include some detailed instructions. Usually they walk you through it once with the instructions and then start the routine. Good luck and hope this helps.

I have not used them but would think JJ would answer them on her website.

I have not personally used them, but in general with fitness its always good to switch it up, especially if there are cardio and strength dvds. I think it also depends on your fitness level and how many days a week you are working out. Maybe as a rule of thumb if you do a cardio dvd one day, do a strength dvd on your next workout. This will also help with muscle confusion and give you results faster as it keeps your body from getting bored from the same workout.

Hello, Folks!

Just wondering if anyone else was using JJ's 4x4 exercise DVDs. I have a question about how to use them, how to mix them up. Anyone know?

There are eight workouts. Should I do one workout for a month, 3x per week, then switch workouts? OR should I do all 8 workouts in succession, like 5 or 6 days a week? Really don't know since they are a mix of cardio and strength training.

HELP!

And thanks in advance to anyone that has an answer or suggestion!
