Autumn Challenge for September 7 - November 30
1) You know that new exercise you've been wanting to try? Or is it 2 or 3 new exercises? This is the time to do it! Try a new exercise and see how you like it. Try to stick with it for at least a month, but don't do anything that is dangerous to your health. If you like it, stick with it throughout the challenge. If it's not for you, try another one...but give yourself a chance to branch out. Change is good for the soul - and the body!
2) At least once a week, give a goodie to someone else who is doing the challenge. Tell them why you're sending the goodie...they inspire you, they make you laugh, they never give up...you'll be able to think of something.
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day. (honor system - you don't need to report)

1:ahh, well, Sept has went and gone, and I did nothing new....so nothing on this one
on anything.......and this was probably when I took off some time from several of my groups.
