I lost 10.4! I liked all of my exercises, but I couldn't do them all the whole time. I did much as I could and they paid off!

Well...today is the end of this challenge. How did you do? How did you like your new exercise? emoticon


I lost 4.2 pounds emoticon

Of the 3 different exercises I tried, I liked the new ST I did during Nov. the best. I'm going to try the kettlebell again one day, but yoga just isn't my style. emoticon

well not sure how to do the weeks, month and then fill in.

so i am just putting down what i do. i did a 30 minute walk on the canal trail today. not sure how fast i walked.

so that is 3x this week i exercised. unless you count trying to clear the top of the kitchen counter top and put things in pantry.

no not the canal cant walk on top of water only the bottom of the pool.

Autumn is a time when children are back in school, most vacations are over and Thanksgiving and Christmas are looming on the horizon.

As we start thinking about those delicious foods that will soon tantalize our taste buds, let's not forget about the end goal of this journey we're on.

This challenge is for the next 3 months...yes, that will take us through Halloween and Thanksgiving. Starting Saturday September 7 through Saturday November 30. (I'm giving you a week to get ready).

Challenges:

1) You know that new exercise you've been wanting to try? Or is it 2 or 3 new exercises? This is the time to do it! Try a new exercise and see how you like it. Try to stick with it for at least a month, but don't do anything that is dangerous to your health. If you like it, stick with it throughout the challenge. If it's not for you, try another one...but give yourself a chance to branch out. Change is good for the soul - and the body!

2) At least once a week, give a goodie to someone else who is doing the challenge. Tell them why you're sending the goodie...they inspire you, they make you laugh, they never give up...you'll be able to think of something.

3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day. (honor system - you don't need to report)

4) Weigh in once a week to let us know how you're doing. (it doesn't matter what day of the week you weigh)
