This week I am going to focus on de-stressing ............ and some relaxing stretches before bed.
..... Plus juicing more w/ fresh veggies for vitality ..... (Yeah! .......... I DO like the goals for this month!) .....
Sun (Be steady w/ exercise and Vitality drinks) (I do lots of veggie drinks)
Mon 30 min cardio, then much brisk walking at work.
Tues 25 min brisk walking: Foot bath w/ Epsom salts (Dr ordered for feet & relaxation)
Wed 15 min cardio video and 35 min brisk walking.
yes to vitality and TLC to those muscles that are sore.
