I am focusing on getting into the exercise habit. Exercise has never been my favorite thing. But I realize if I want to be healthier & smaller I need/have to do it.!! I'm also focusing on de-stressing since I desperately need it. Actually eating more (more protein too!!) would help me get out of starvation mode.
This week I am going to focus on de-stressing ............ and some relaxing stretches before bed. ..... ..... Plus juicing more w/ fresh veggies for vitality ..... (Yeah! .......... I DO like the goals for this month!) ..... Sun (Be steady w/ exercise and Vitality drinks) (I do lots of veggie drinks) Mon 30 min cardio, then much brisk walking at work. Tues 25 min brisk walking: Foot bath w/ Epsom salts (Dr ordered for feet & relaxation) Wed 15 min cardio video and 35 min brisk walking. Thurs Fri yes to vitality and TLC to those muscles that are sore.
