These are awesome tips, , Friends! It amazes me that you have more computer savvy than me. I am younger, and have no sense of all my computer can do. I am so behind the times. My electronic reminder now is the stickey note that is attached to my monitor. LOL I am so old school. I'll have to have jeff show me how to do these. Thanks!

I made a folder in my email where I keep an email for each challenge I'm doing. I go there each day so I remember to post on the daily challenges. The weekly weigh-ins are there too.

I keep signing up for these and then forgetting I am doing them! LOL. The week went pretty well all in all. I got more sleep than I have been getting but I cannot say I have been getting to bed at the appointed time. I think I hit the mark 3 times this week. Onward and upward! LOL

Sticking to my green challenge! At least 2 servings a day.

Sun: cup of honeydew melon and cup of green grapes
Mon: cup of honeydew melon, 1/2 cup spinach and one Kiwi
Tues: cup of honeydew melon and cup of green grapes
Wed: cup of green grapes and .25 (30g) dry roasted edamame
Thur: cup of green grapes and cup of green grapes
Fri: cup of green grapes and cup of mirlitons and cup of mirlitons (they were very yummy!
Sat: cup of green grapes, 4 broccoli cheese bites and cup of mirlitons and shrimp

Even though I am down a leg sort of speak my challenge this week will be countinuing to eat healthy and do some sort of exercise using the arms and the other leg. To bad using crutches doesn't count as exercise with as much effort that you have to put in to use them. LOL...
