The Goal: Each team will earn as many points as possible to secure the on St. Patrick's Day!
How: Each day each member will earn points for: 5 points for a minimum of 20 minutes of cardio 5 points for a minimum of 15 minutes of strength training 5 points for eating a total of 2 green fruits and/or veggies ... if you only eat one, you forfeit the points 5 points for posting to your team today ... don't post today, forfeit the posting points
You have the opportunity to earn 20 points in a day if you do all 4 tasks completely.
You do not have to do cardio every day. You do not have to do strength training every day. You do not have to eat 2 green fruits and/or veggies every day. You do not have to post to your team each day. But if you want to earn ALL your points every day, you must do cardio, strength training, eat 2 green fruits/and or veggies, and post to your team every day. Your choice!!
IMPORTANT: Strength training should be rotated! If you do arms today, do legs tomorrow. Give today's area a break tomorrow. Be a smart trainer!
Responsibilities: Team Member - Post your points each day. Post on your team's Team thread at least daily with your day's points and more often as you can with support for your team mates. Challenge Leader - Add up all your members' points and post to the Challenge Board thread daily. Only Challenge Leaders should post to the Challenge Board thread, please.
