Wellll, since they (without asking or getting my permission) because I had started doing more exercise, changed my cal range, which also affects pretty much every thing else, I am going to track my cals here and also my carbs.....New cal range: 1740 --2090; New carb range: 218 - 261
Honestly, this feels really weird....ahhh, welll, c'est la vie..I will survive...yes, I will and I will thrive...but honestly, if I have gained some lbs back this week......I am so going to change my cal range back to if not what I had which was 1200-1550....to 1300-1650 or 1400-1750.. we shall see...I think that I could handle 1400 better than 1740.

2/10/13 -- Sun: Carbs: 261; Cals: 1726 *actually a wee bit under.
2/11/13 -- Mon: Carbs: 228 Cals: 1800 (got a bad feeling that I am going to gain this week; this just feels like so much food compared to what I am used to eating.)
2/12/13: -- Tues: Carbs: 231 Cals: 1718
2/13/13 -- Wed: Carbs: 246 Cals: 1549 (under)
2/14/13 -- Thur: Carbs: 278 Cals: 1795
2/15/13 -- Fri: Carbs: 254 Cals: 1993
2/16/13 -- Sat: Carbs: 233 Cals:1757

I have really been focused on getting 8 hours of sleep each night. This means planning my bedtimes. I just begin to make it a habit and then slip back into old ways. This is a good one for me this week. Will help me form the habit. What is it, 30 days to make a habit?
