Suited up right after work ( 21st -25th)


20: went over calories, rest day
21:yes calories, yes suit-up
22:yes calories, yes suit-up
23:yes calories, yes suit-up
24:yes calories, yes suit-up
25: 40 calories over today, Life prevented suit-up
26: yes calories, gonna rest today and work out tomorrow instead. My legs hurt from running all over today. LOL Prolly from the steep climb on the treadmill as well. Forgot about that. Heh heh.

well my goal for next week is to make it to the Y challenge 3x.

i have been only able to make it 2x since it started. but i am working with a trainer also.
