Calorie range 1660-1960 Suited up right after work ( 21st -25th)
20: went over calories, rest day 21:yes calories, yes suit-up 22:yes calories, yes suit-up 23:yes calories, yes suit-up 24:yes calories, yes suit-up 25: 40 calories over today, Life prevented suit-up 26: yes calories, gonna rest today and work out tomorrow instead. My legs hurt from running all over today. LOL Prolly from the steep climb on the treadmill as well. Forgot about that. Heh heh.
