Sometimes your weight loss plateaus due to building muscles. When you work your muscles sometimes your weight loss seems stagnant. I bike everywhere and for a long time I felt as though it was useless because I am not losing any weight. What I am losing is inches and sometimes we need to look at that picture over the weight issue. When my pants are falling off and I need a new size but I still weigh the same it says something.

A long time ago I decided to stop looking at that BIG picture and just focus on the small one of losing 1 pound a week. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't but I just keep plodding along. I know that you can do it, and I'm right there along side of you all the way!
in week four of the month. need to lose two pounds a week so I can lose this weight by june 2015. not seeing it happen I keep plateauing. hate to see what will happen over the winter when I cant get out except to shovel the porch snow. would love to just lose 1 a week.
oh well I will keep trucking on until this comes off. hope everyone has great day.

isnt this the 2nd week of the month of june we are starting. doing the same . i think i am eating well, exercise is slow lately because i hate doing things alone. but i keep trying. spent part of the day riding in the 42 pu and then went to small car show. visited with some friends there and then came home.
