Good Morning, I have the soup recipe for you: It is called "EAT ALL DAY SOUP"
1/2 cup chopped onion(I use Vidalia or Bermuda-not overly strong)
1-2 cans low sodium chicken broth
1 can fire-roasted garlic diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes garlic and basil(or Italian style)
1 can salt free (or low-sodium) cut green beans
1 can salt free (or low-sodium) green peas
1 can salt free (or low-sodium) corn
3-5 small potatoes( I use Yukon gold)
1/2 slaw mix (carrot and cabbage) I just chopped up cabbage and carrots
salt & pepper
add jalapeno if you like the heat
substitute veggies as desires by DO use the fire roasted tomatoes
Put all ingredients in a big pot and bring it to a boil and then simmer until potatoes are tender.
