Is this a type of "yo-yo diet" or what
I bought some frozen Kale, and I'm trying to incorporate that this week.
I get plenty of fruit. I have counted beans ( like Navy, pinto & black) as veggies. I hope I understand right.
Ever since week 1 my "body internal pipes" have been stopped up so to speak. I would have thought just the opposite would be the case. I also gained 2# since starting the challenge trying my best to met the calorie range of 1250.
But, I'm going to continue doing as prescribe by the challenge and food tracker and hope things let loose ... Literally.
Question ... Can beans stop a person up? I get 8+ cups of water intake each day besides other liquids.
Nothing else has changed in my life over the past week. I'm just going to go forward on faith.
