Really, once I got over the three day Hump things have been so GREAT! I've learned that all things are OKAY with moderation a I actually ENJOY eating healhy now! I don't crave huge meals, adn I am actually looking forward to my morning meal of oatmeal and turkey bacon daily! I am learning that I can be creative with my meals, and still keep them healthy! This lets me cook like I love to do, but be healthy at the same time! So fr I've lost 6 ounds through eating healthily alone! YAY!
My next goal is to play with some different foods and addig more variety in my healthy diet! I kow we can ALL do this!!!!
