This week I am encouraging my 10yr boy to come and do actives with me, and we are both watching our portion sizes. I also letting everyone know I am serious about my new journey to a new healthy life
Ok, this week I had one day where I went over my calorie intake, but on the other hand I did lots of physical active, which is a plus on this journey. Starting my week 2 tomorrow.

Over the past five months I have gotten very reliant on my tracking, my measuring gear and my Spark Activity Tracker! It's been a very worthwhile investment!

I am trying to stay within my calorie goal range this week. I am making sure I eat 2 small snacks during the day.
When I focus on tracking my food daily I tend to do much better. Just need to get better at the portion control, weighing & measuring my food.
