Good Luck. We are all here to help each other. I got back up to 138 I am depressed. I am down to 136 but it is not coming off I am so frustrated and about ready to give up.
I went back to the Virtual Weigh in hoping maybe if I am being held more accountable and being "watched" LOL it will help but nothing I am doing is helping. Everyone at work says I am losing but I tell them !NO! and some of my clothes I wore this summer now I can not get on at all. I want to cry.

But we are here to help each other and we can do it.
