My goal is to take on healthy portions including more water and more veggies. I am going to incorporate 2 cups of fruits and 3 cups of veggies throughout the day. I am going to move a little more as well
My Goals come in three's .. Eat at the low range of my calorie range each day, Walking at least 60 minutes a day, One SP video workout a day (using three now .. Nicole's 15 minute desk workout, Pilates and Ball workout) .. ONWARD with healthy choices! Working toward a pound lost a week will make me very happy. SPARK ON!

I've made the transition to eating healthier foods, doing the water and hope for 5 per month. I got my Fitbit a few weeks ago and love it! Not good at getting those 10,000 per day lately but working on it if the weather will cooperate a bit more. I use mine to track my calories burned vs eaten and try to make the burned at least 500 per day more than I eat.
