I hardly remember signing up for this Challenge, but I need it. However, trying to start last week wasn't realistic for me. But this week WILL BE BETTER! Or more specifically, less hectic and stressful, God willing.
I seem to be able to eat within my range, log my food and exercise for about 3 days before I crumble. During those few days I feel good and drop pounds, but for some reason, I still revert to old and unhealthy behaviors which make me feel lousy.
Yesterday I saw a quotation which I am going to add to my status:
