I feel that eating 1200 - 1500 calories while burning 600 exercising is not healthy...so I am looking to find out what a "real" healthy caloric intake should be when exercising a lot!

My goal is to be more mindful while eating & not so distracted or preoccupied. I need to learn to listen for/feel the hunger signs & eat for nourishment & fuel, not just because I need something to do.

My goal is to increase my caloric intake (as I'm typically at the low end of my tracker scale and two days didn't even make the minimum) and increase my fiber intake. I'm a gluten-free gal and pretty much get all of my fiber from the many fruits and veggies I already eat but that's still not enough :-/

I've been tracking my calories for two days. Usually I start a diet, decide on a calorie goal and track to make sure I eat exactly 1200, 1500, 2000 or whatever my goal is. Now I've just been eating whatever I wanted and tracking, and I'm surprised how much I've actually needed to eat to feel full.
Rather than restricting myself to eating half-size portions, I think this could be a better, more motivating and healthier way.

Hi Everyone! My goal for this challenge is to learn healthier foods to eat in smaller amounts throughout the day and still reach my caloric goals. I am notoriously an "under eater" and I think that is what's stalling my progress. I believe it is also why I feel tired and run down. So.....Im trying to get over my fear of eating "too much" and not working out enough!

My goal is to stop being hungry most of the time. It's bad enough sticking to such a low calorie diet and still not losing weight, but also to have to suffer being constantly hungry is just too much. I'm using this challenge to help myself figure out how to stay full and still stay on track. Even if I don't lose any weight, I don't want to gain any, either, and I'm afraid that is what will happen if I give up on this diet.

My goals for this challenge are to learn about how to be consistent with my eating habits ALL 7 DAYS OF THE WEEK. My biggest issue is that I do great Monday - Thursday but the weekends always turn into disaster.
I also want to become a religious tracker, not just during the week but all 7 days
Lastly I am hoping this challege helps me to remove 90% of processed food from my diet. I want to be able to be satisfied with healthy and non-processessed food, then be able to pass that on to my girls

Hi, my goal is to track my food daily. It does make a difference when you have to account for what goes in to your mouth. I am in week 4 of the 10 minute daily exercise challenge and that has helped me to be consistent with my workouts. Now it is time to get my eating under control. I have been working at it but I stopped tracking. I think this challenge will help

I joined SP three days ago & I am enjoying all of the features available to help improve overall health & fitness. My goals for this challenge include: 1-wake up 30 minutes earlier every day to walk/jog, weight train, or ride bike to start the day off right. 2-Eat balanced meals, with lots of fresh fruits & veggies; eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day to prevent getting too hungry. 3-Eliminate processed foods, artificial sweeteners/flavorings/chemical additives like MSG from diet. 4-Go to sleep at a decent time & stay on a schedule since I tend to eat more impulsively when I'm overly tired. I'm very thankful I found this site & look forward to working towards our shared goal to be healthier!

Make the effort to track my food better and do the planning. Eat small meals 4 or 5 times a day because eating to much at once causes issues. Walk this first week at least 10 mins a day.

My Goals:
1. Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day, which means that I'll need to plan family dinners with more vegetable choices. This will help the entire family. 2. Work out every day. It doesn't have to be a "dripping with sweat" workout, but I need to get moving. 3. Buy a pedometer. When I was counting my steps, it did encourage me to move more. 4. Begin faithfully tracking my food and exercize again. It worked.

My goal is to get back to tracking everything I eat, to hold myself accountable for my calories/macros. I also need to drink more water; I am on a cocktail of meds for depression and anxiety and they're very dehydrating.
