Many use vegetables which I don't usually think about using. Several for brussels sprouts, Several recipes for lentils. Each picture is described and links to a recipe.
And please note, they don't all meet my idea of healthy food. Like the pumpkin seed brittle that is made from a whole cup of sugar for 6 servings, and it's not even a dessert. But I know I can substitute an AA seed or nut and be very happy with the rest of the recipe.
Then, when you finish looking at those 23, it takes you right into 79 pics of vegetarian choices. No, I haven't had time to wade through all of them. But if there's any inspiration there, it will be a good thing for me.
