I mixed up some things, divided it 4 ways and baked 1/4 as a loaf. very tasty.
Today I plan to bake another fourth and crumble it up on a salad.
Reciped: 1 cup reconstituted soy granules, 1 cup grated carrots, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 1 cup cooked oat groats, 1 egg.
I baked at 350 for about 30 minutes.
1 cup = 250 ml
You could really put in any chopped AA veggies you wanted. Next time, I plan to add mini bell peppers and broccoli for color. Perhaps some chopped spinach or kale or cabbage.
