I am currently following the Fast Metabolism Diet. It has finally turned my weight gain around and I've lost 10 pounds in 28 days, instead of gaining them.
I have had difficulty with phase 2 days, eating only animal protein and alkaline producing vegetables. Your talk on this site has helped me a lot to get through the 2 phase 2 days each week. I made green veggie smoothies quite often and really enjoyed them.
I also found it amazing how many foods that I had to choose from were also on our anti-angiogenic food lists.
