162.8 pounds - Up 3 pounds from where I was last Saturday so I gained back the weight I lost in the previous 3 weeks. So I just joined this Beck team today for better motivation and knowledge of how to avoid back slides. As you can see from my ticker I started from 190 lbs (that was when I was 67, I'm 70 now and the kicker is that I was within two pounds of my goal weight. Still have until March 11 to get to where I can go on to weight maintenance and meet the Winter 5% weight loss challenge at the same time.

I'm on day 23 of this effort to get back to goal and day 32 of Beck. I'm down 7 pounds on my scale here at home from 139.8 to 132.8 as of this morning. 132 is my current center weight. almost there.

I lost 1.8 lbs last week - the most in a week thus far. (for a total of 11.8 since Feb 1) Woo hoo! I'm really trying to change my life, not just drop the weight and put it back on. Last week, I made a big effort not to eat late at night. Seems to help me!
