I lost 1.8 lbs last week - the most in a week thus far. (for a total of 11.8 since Feb 1) Woo hoo! I'm really trying to change my life, not just drop the weight and put it back on. Last week, I made a big effort not to eat late at night. Seems to help me!

Starting weight: 207lbs (I fear it might have been more)
Last official weekly weigh-in 21Mar: 185lbs
Weight today: 188lbs (but I'm so sure it's just a fluctuation)

Total weight lost so far: 22lbs

And the Beck Diet Solution is really helping me study myself, so I think I'm just getting better at this everyday. :)

I weighed myself today. 180. Always 180 ...

I'm in a holding pattern again due to some stresses. I keep hoping that I will be able to come up with a few weeks in a row where I can spend extra time starting a new push to lose. But for now, just maintaining, just getting through my current responsibilities, is what I can manage.

Hit my "happy weight" of 126.0 yesterday morning. Weighed in at 126.8 clothed at Weight Watchers. This week I'm adding one more teaspoon of olive oil daily. I've been losing so slowly, that may be my maintenance level. We'll see.

My plan is to maintain between 124 and 129.9 for this year. I believe this is the best range for me, but time will tell. In 2010 I stayed between 128 and 133.

Well, I wanted to come over here and see what we have on our team regarding actual weight loss. I was surprised and happy to see that people are actively posting here. I am trying to decide for myself personally whether I want to focus more on weight. I am very happy that I have kept off the weight that I lost, but it sometimes makes me feel like a "fraud" when I see how long it has been since I lost any new pounds.

(In the last couple of days, I have even been up a pound or two. But it is in the usual little bouncing range of just under 180 to just over 180.)

Do any of you, who visit this weigh in thread, have any thoughts about this that might help me decide how to fit the weighing-in into my world?

127.6 yesterday here at home, which is 2 pounds over my low

126 is my "happy weight"; I'll be there soon and then we'll really see if this attainable weight is maintainable!! In October I regain 5-6 pounds due to binging.

Today I weighed at 148.6 which is a 2.8 pound loss for May. My official goal is 145. I am going to try very very hard to reach it by the first of July.

Ok I went from 250 to 245 so lost my first 5 pounds.
I am losing in 5 pound increments I think the book said to do that. I got it from the library and so hope I am doing that right.

Hi Team,
We had a sticky topic under the main forum, and I do not have enough stickies there to start our new Back to Beck thread, so I am moving the Weigh Ins here (where it really belongs.)

We have another weigh in thread that is handled differently (see instructions on that thread, but this one is just where people come over and post their weight.

The old one will stay where it was, but it just won't be sticky any more.

I hope this is OK with the team...
