I lost 1.8 lbs last week - the most in a week thus far. (for a total of 11.8 since Feb 1) Woo hoo! I'm really trying to change my life, not just drop the weight and put it back on. Last week, I made a big effort not to eat late at night. Seems to help me!

I lost 0.6 pounds... I'm thinking positive and giving myself credit for losing no matter how much. Well, since I lost 4 pounds in a week, I'm happy to have lost a little more this week!

I weighed 126.0 fully clothed (yes, I weighed with underwear on today!) at Weight Watchers.

Well, I should not have complained about being 180. Now I gained three pounds. I know it will be temporary (due to a huge eating weekend!) But I should not have been so quick to dis the 180!
