22nd walking 190 we went out for the day and walked for 3 hours not all in one go though
23rd walking 30 minutes

this past Saturday I did a 5k and out of 35 women my age I came in 12th.
I did 90 minutes this morning. 60 of weight training and then 30 minutes of cardio.
I'm in: I walked 15 minutes on the treadmill at the YMCA and then I did 60 minutes of the Water Aerobic class with water weights.
