Goal for January is to increase .5 mile each week, plus adding strength and extra cardio gradually.

Running (minimum)
Jan 01 - 10 == 9 miles
Jan 11 - 17 == 12 miles
Jan 18 - 23 == 15 miles
Jan 25 - 31 == 18 miles

Strength DVDs ====== 4x/mth minimum
Step Aerobics DVDs = 4x/mth minimum
