I forgot about this post, but I do go to the pool at least 4 times a week. walk with a friend at least twice a week, and walk with my son at least once a week.

You're doing great with consistency even while you're boy's been sick -- hope he feels better soon...

Gwynnie - cleaing for 3 definitely counts and then some! Hang in there - I had a bratty 19 year old step for a while too -- thank goodness she came around great after about a year -- or maybe things got better because she moved out ;)

Oh My Gosh! You guys are tough. I need to get my exercise back on track.

9-20 I'm marking it in even though I'm not very proud of myself - I HAVE been sick but I've also been making excuses. Credit for sticking with it and a kick in the butt. 10 days left in the month and I'm going to finish strong.

1. Pilates 60 minutes
2. Weights: Arms & Legs 30 minutes
3. Planned Day Off
4. Skipped
5. Skipped
6. Weights: Arms & Legs 30 minutes
(15 minute walk - ankle still tender)
7. Yoga B, 30 minutes

8. Planned Day off, 30 minutes lower body+stretch
9. 30 minutes low impact
10. Walk, brisk 40 minutes (first time since ankle)

2 - Lift - DONE
3 - 4 miles - focused --
actual: 4 miles (walk, stretch, walk 3 minutes, run 1+ mile) repeat. oh shoot -- revamp the whole dang month cuz I threw my back out before my run this morning. Tried to work thru it - oops! ;)
T 4 - slow walk 1.5 miles
F 5 - slow walk 3 miles
S 6 - slow walk 1.5 miles
S 7 - off
M 8 - slow walk .75 miles
T 9 - really slow walk, 1 mile
W 10 - elliptical - 5 minutes, walked @the office
T 11 - walked 1.17 miles - 32 minutes
F 12 - walked 1.4 miles - 32 minutes :)
S 13 - walked 2.83 miles - about 50 minutes
Sun 14 - walked twice: 1 mile, then 3
