I'd like to be accountable also. This is a tough one so hopefully writing it here will keep me going.
3/28 - 20 min on gazelle and 20 min ab workout
3/29 - 4 hours painting a shed (whew!)

This one will be hard for me -- but thought that writing it in public might be a good motivator. So, will start today since this has been a good day already! emoticon
March 15 - Weight training, 20 minutes on recumbent bike, walk around neighborhood.5500 steps
3/16 - Walk 7500 steps
3/17 - Walk 5082 steps (not an exercise day - -will do more tomorrow)
3/18 - walk 10,152 steps!!!! and Weight training (great day for me!)
3/19 - My birthday -- think I may have done 5000 steps but don't recall, not an exercise day.
3/20 - 10,255 steps!!!! (forgot to do weight training)
3/21 - 10,000 steps
3/22 - 10,500 steps, zumba dvd (basic steps and 20 minute express), weight training
3/23 Zumba live and over 10,000 steps
3/24 4 minute salsa dvd, 10 minute dance away the inches dvd, walk 11,000 steps (includes steps used doing the dvd's)
3/25 - weight training, will do steps soon while watching American Idol
