Better late than never! :) I need some accountability for the exercise piece bigtime!
21: 20 min treadmill 20 min strength training-using the ball
22: 15 minutes on treadmill...lots of parking further away to walk more!
23: 20 min on treadmill 20 min of strength training with the ball
24: 20 minute walk outside
25:
26:
27:inner tubing (lots of trudging in the snow) 2 hours
28: skiing 4 hours
29: ice skating 2 hours
30:
31:skiing-4 hours

Starting weight: 285
Current weight: 260

Goal by January 1: 260 (met Dec 26)
10% goal by January 30: 257

I am in for this. I joined a new gym, and now realized that for my body type, I need to exercise!!!

Dec 5: 15 min elliptical; 27 treadmill (alternating
between running and a high incline. I
actually ran tonight!)
Dec 6: 60 min elliptical
Dec 10: 20 min elliptical; 30 min weight-lifting.
Dec 11: 10 min elliptical; 20 min running/walking treadmill, upperbody weight lifting.
Dec 15: 25 min treadmill, 16 min bike
Dec 19: 35 min treadmill
Dec 20: 40 min treadmill.
Dec 22: 35 min treadmill.
Dec 23: 25 min treadmill; strength training (shoulders)
Dec 26: 40 min bike
Dec 28: 46 min treadmill: varying speed and incline
