I was kind to myself today because for every 10 minutes of exercise, I treated myself to a game of poker on Zygna (Facebook). I love playing so this way I make myself do some exercise as well.

Okay, let's see if yesterday made it into C-ville. Yay, 76 points! Now to start aiming for a B. Looks like more water would have done it, or just making a blog post.
