1: 48 -- would have done a little better if I'd have read it yesterday :) -- but it's an ok start. Kindness to self was lower on calories since I didn't exercise; being kind to self for allowing myself to take it easy on day 1 of the new year without guilt.
2: 57--- I keep getting sidetracked by things that are not the best priorities. was kind to self -- went to class last night at church --- lots of laughter and camaraderie

I have made changes to the 1st and 2nd --- I was totally those wrong with the SP points

3: 83 --- much better; how was I kind to myself -- I spoke up in a situation --- I think being kind to me is speaking up and not allowing others to push over me

1: 58 (could have done better. My kindness to myself today was choosing the most vegetable-rich dishes at the fancy restaurant. Vegan and full of brassicas!)
2: 66. My kindness to myself: We decided to have BLTs for dinner, but it was lunch time and that's not what I had planned, so I sat down with my plan and shuffled things around so that I could have a nice BLT without messing up my ranges (and James said "You want a LOT of veggies on yours, right? -- Right! and on whole grain, so the sandwich actually helped me get more points. :-)
