My kindness to myself: We decided to have BLTs for dinner, but it was lunch time and that's not what I had planned, so I sat down with my plan and shuffled things around so that I could have a nice BLT without messing up my ranges (and James said "You want a LOT of veggies on yours, right? -- Right! and on whole grain, so the sandwich actually helped me get more points. :-)
