I'm definitely a breakfast person! I'm a teacher and if I don't have breakfast I get MEAN with my students by the time lunch rolls around. My fiancee and I have been loving making a "green monster" smoothie in the morning with a scoop or 2 of Body by Vi protein added in. It's really quick and I can make it on my way out the door in the morning. Plus, I am an egg hater so it's important for me to find other breakfast substitutes =)
As far as fitness goes - I started C25K on Friday, and am hoping to actually stick with it this time. I've gotten a few weeks in a couple times before and have put up a mental block and quit. So my goal is to stick with it!!!
I'm already a breakfast eater so this isn't that difficult for me. Changing up the fitness routine is tricky with my knee, but I'm always willing to give it a shot.

I'm not a breakfasr eater so I had to learn this. I have started taking 2tsp peanut butter on oatbread and have at my desk around 8 am with a banana. It's a good breakfast for me. I have also started making fratattas on Sunday. Wrap them up and it's a quick grab I can heat for breakfast too.
