From November to December: Switching to water or flavored water made the biggest impact. Over the course of a month I lost 5lbs from that alone. I must have been drinking 1000 calories a day!! December to January: eating less calories and adding more workouts cut another 5lbs.

I personally am unsure. I try not to weigh myself too often or I get too obsessive about the scale numbers lol.

Small changes are what will help us to succeed though! Keep up the good work!

Has anyone else experienced any weight loss for the new year?

I am determined to make small changes. I know that if I make too many changes at one time, I'm going to totally bomb like I have in the past.

All I did for this past week was add in exercise. My weeks run from Tuesday to Tuesday. I lost a total of 4.2 lbs by just adding exercise!

Anyone else have any stories they want to share? =)
