If you want to be successful... Your Habits Should Be Positive And Successful!
Good intentions are never enough when it comes to weight loss and lifestyle changes! The habits that you form early on and continue to use throughout your lifestyle change will be the habits that you'll keep.
First you make your habits, and then your habits make you.
If you form a habit of eating a bag of double filled Oreo Cookies and a 2 liter of Coke every night before you go to bed... every night... (Heaven for bid) Your lifestyle will lead you to the Oreo Hall of fame or an early death. If you have a few nuts or some cheese (2 ounces) with a glass of milk you will be doing a lot better with your choice.
If you choose to exercise stay moving rather than watch TV for 5 hours before going to bed ... again... a better choice
The Idea is to set the patterns that you'll want to follow daily to keep you healthy and fit. By eating the right foods, exercising, staying happy... all of those positive things that some of us think about but never seem to keep going or start but never continue are the things that we have to think about to keep us on top of our game!
Break those habits that can break you. Adopt those practices that will become the new habits that will help you achieve the success you desire.
Your habits are a form of exercise. The harder you work at something, the harder it is to quit. The easier it is to do, the harder it is to change.Forming Habits is the easiest way to keep you motivated towards your goals but you have to make sure that the goals are worthy of you and your ultimate desires!
Your habits are either the best of servants or the worst of masters. You are what you repeatedly do.
It's time to re-evaluate your strategies and once again get back on track! Keep tweaking your habits until you are totally satisfied with what you're accomplishing. Remember... you are a product of your accomplishments and goals. Create good habits and Create a new you!
You're worth it and you deserve it!... You deserve the best. Don't let anything stop you from achieving your dreams and goals
