I am okay. The scabs still hurt like heck in some spots but they are trying to get better. Now it's time for the second run since that incident!

So, I tried to run with my dog today on my interval run.... I looked at the dog instead of the sidewalk and tripped downhill, resulting in a few battle wounds. One on each knee, one hand, and my chin. I went home and cleaned up because I was bleeding and didn't want sweat in with the nasty dirt everywhere.

Then after the cleanup I went for the run anyways!

It is almost a month, and I have learned so much from this site!!! Also I am slowly but surely getting there with this process, and have an exercise plan I can do, even with a disability. I also am making headway with my nutrition and making much better choices in what I put into me. As a result my Blood Sugars are staying much more stable. And the final real plus is I have actually lost some weight!

I have lost four pounds and I suppose I can tell a little bit...but I was hoping to lose a bit mroe by now and to feel a bit better. Don't get me wrong, I am glad I have lost the weight...I suppose I just want to be farther along than this.

I have done a good job of cutting out sweets! I have only indulged once in the last 6 days!!!

Also, I have been working on this lovely little workout streak. I can currently say that I have done some form of exercise every day this year! I am at 11/11!!!

I weighed in for the first time this morning, my goal is 1 lb per week, but i lost 7 lbs. so I was pleasantly surprised, it may be water weight but I am taking the loss anyway, and I need it I was getting discouraged about what I could and couldn't eat, or should I say the amounts I could and couldn't eat. But all is well this cold morning.
