that's what I ahve been doing. Yet the cal goal to burn for the week is 300 cal and I burned around 1450... it's just odd...

JABBATHEHUTT ~ You can manually add your exercise (name,duration,calories burned). Look for "Enter your own exercise" under the Fitness Search box. I use a heart rate monitor to calculate my calories burned more accurately and manually enter them.

okay,... I've got a question with my fitness tracker. Yet don't quite know if anyone can help me....
if I add exercises it tracks way less calories burned than all other calorie trackers I've tested. E.g. for 30min roller blading which is quite a intense exercise it credits me 90 cal, whereas on other calculators it's around 270.

It's just a bit.. you know... demotivating (you know what I mean, tracking a high burned calories number is strangely satisfying emoticon ) I tried to change the fitness settings but nothing really changed. emoticon

Ok, this is going to be a horrible question, but I can't figure out how to get a profile picture! I have uploaded one to my Spark Page but I don't know how to make it a profile picture.... Any ideas?

And, now that I look back, I am not even really sure how I got that picture uploaded onto the site!

Ok, I feel corny now.... I am usually pretty computer savy, I just can't seem to figure it out and I have gone through all of the menus and can't find anything anywhere!

Depending on which browser you are using there is a FIND on most. I use Firefox and can press CTRL (control) key with the "F" key, type in my word/name, etc. and it looks for it. Does this help?

How do you find your Post back? Simply scrolling up or down takes forever when you like to edit/add to your original post. I think there is a way to quickly type your Username in a Box and just let the computer find it for you. Does anyone know how you do this??? Thanks!

I did a quick search on the message board and there is some discussion about 'Slim in 6'. Some people log it as "aerobics, low impact'. Key in 'Aerobics' to find what fits for you. If 'Slim in 6' is more strength training, log it as strength training with weights (whatever applies).

When I do DVD I wear a heart rate monitor so I know how many calories I burn and 'Enter my own exercise' (time and calories).

Good morning! Does anyone know how to track Slim in Six workouts in the fitness tracker? They are work out videos with a mix of aerobics and strength training. I am not sure exactly where they fit in. . . . .

You are correct, it is not there with my new account. I'm remembering from the old days. Very too bad they made that change...well, in my humble opinion! It would be helpful for me to see it and know I must do it! Plus, now you have to enter each one of your exercises (I use a bow flex) unless you want to do what MichiganLori does, and just put it all under one exercise.

When you go to the Fitness tracker, do you see the FITNESS SETUP next to the date? It might be that you need to change how many days it goes for? The old setup button is under that, but not sure that is available for new members since you didn't have the old setup to begin with?????

Tell me what you do see when you go to the MY FITNESS page please.

KRYS, what I am looking for is the place I go to change the Fitness Tracker back, so that my strength training days show up, as MichiganLori said was possible. She said it was top right of the Fitness Tracker, but I couldn't find it there. There next person said it was at the top of the Start page...I don't see it there either. (I know how to find Start and the Trackers, thanks!)

To find START, go to the top of this page and look for the orange tab that says MY TRACKERS. Click on that, and you will see a list of things, the first one should be START. Does that help?

I can't help you much with ST logging. I log all my ST into one activity and log it that day. Last year SP updated the fitness tracker and there were some complaints. You can switch back to the old tracker and use it. Look in the upper right hand corner on the fitness page.

I have a question about my strength exercises on the tracker. It used to be that when I set it up for 3 days a week, and chose the days, they would show up on that day. Now I don't think that is true. So, do I add my strength work outs, one exercise at a time, on the days I do them? That seems very tedious!! Lazy bones here! Thanks for the help.
