Happy New Year, y'all ;)
Let's celebrate the new year by responding to the following prompts in our blog or on this board:
1) - 12/31/12: Write down three negative things that you have thought about your body. Then, explain why these things are simply untrue. Explain why you are worth it. Explain your plan for the new year.
2) 1/1/12: Reevaluate your goals. What are your goals for January? These could be weight loss goals, financial goals, emotional/mental goals, etc.
3) 1/2 - 1/5: Simply check in and let us know how you're doing. Find a buddy with whom you can communicate. I have one and she's amazing. I'm open to having more, as well!
