Great idea JanetR...

I've already started for October,
1.Already on day 9 of NO sweets this month, aiming for a complete month too.
2. Also stepped up my planned exercise instead of ad hoc type walking.
3. Cleaning up my food act...that's working pretty well too so far...

My challenge for this month is to get at least 20 minutes of exercise per day and drink 6-8 glasses of water/herbal tea

October 9-- 4 1/2 glasses water; 30+exercising
Oct 10 - 4 glasses water,only exercise walking around Walmart
Oct 11- not good, only 3 glasses water no real exercise
