Well I think we all need to get ourselves more in the habit of moving each day so this weeks challenge isn't too tough
Cardio at least 15 min a day 3x a week and 3 x week strength training.
You don't have to doing anything to strenuous just get yourself moving. If we can all do this pretty good this week maybe we will challenge ourselves a little farther with it next week. Just post each day whether you got any in for the day or not and what your total is for the week
example: 5/4 20 min cardio 1o strength training 5/5 0 min cardio 0 strength training 5/6 15 cardio o strength training
