Yep--we got pretty much continuous flurries too. It was pretty. Made it to Davenport--had a great time with my friend--went to Planet Fitness--then Panera--then hit the mall:)

Hope you get to meet with your friend. I love the Asiago Cheese bagels at Panera! I don't go often because of how much I like them! I'm happy to see the sun out finally. Did you get continual snow until last night? We did, here in Davenport. It just kept on, either with flurries or with actual snow showers. We're not used to that, and spoiled on top of it! I'm happy to say I lost the weight I gained after my food/drink party weekend and lost an additional 1/2 pound. I'm glad to see the scale back to where it was before my celebratory weekend. Since they don't happen often, it doesn't worry me too much, but it's easy to see how things can easily and quickly get out of hand. Do you have special plans for your birthday? Have a good weekend!

Sorry to hear about your fall--
The snow has been pretty--we got more again last night in Northern Clinton county. Looking forward to the weekend--trying to arrange a get-together with my best friend in Davenport sometime this weekend. We'll probably hit the Panera by the mall--She had a birthday the beginning of Feb and mine is coming up next weekend, and we haven't managed to make time to get together and have a good girl visit for over a month!!

The snow is pretty, isn't it? Had another good day with food today. Not as much exercising after falling down a couple of stairs last Thursday. Hope I'll heal quickly so I can get back to doing more.

I'm wondering about the snow too--
I had a pretty great weekend--got a walk in yesterday afternoon through the woods..it was pretty out :)
Weigh-ins are doing alright :)

Had a great weekend celebrating Open That Bottle Night with good friends. It's not on my normal meal and exercise plan, but it's a once a year thing. I'm back in the saddle today and feeling good. Won't get on the scale for another day or two, though! The coming weekend should be better, with no special food activities planned. Wonder if we're going to actually get the snow predicted this time.

Catching up on emails from a 3 day computer hiatus...so much junk, and quite a lot of catch up at Spark to try to do--it's all good tho.
Had a wonderful weekend with my sweetie..we started looking at engagement rings...that was a nice surprise :)
Got my Feb WW weigh in done on Saturday morning, and chatted with my leader about changing it to a higher one (still in healthy range though) and he said it's no problem--I will just have to fill out a form the next time I'm at my home meeting place that he'll send in for me. I'm so glad that went so well!!

Good morning everyone, and Happy Valentine's Day!
My darling sweetie has a lovely meal of grilled steak and squash and possibly asparagus planned for us tonight.
I have a visitation for the father of one of my childhood friends to attend after work tonight, and I'm hoping to get into my WW meeting for my Feb weigh in--as long as I keep my eating light today until then--I should be within my window, but I plan to talk to him about increasing it a bit in light of the new medication I'm on.

Feeling better about the scale again--since it seems to be on a downward trend after my 5 pound gain over the last 2 months.
Made it to the gym yesterday after work! It had been over a week, so it was a mission to get there!

The freezing rain sucks....I think that's my least favorite weather for sure! Hoping to drag myself to the gym today after work. I haven't been there for over a week! I also have things I want to get done at home before I crawl into bed though...I'm not sure which is going to win...hopefully both! Weight up again this morning :( and I stayed in range yesterday for sure! Supper was probably high on the sodium side though come to think of it.

I'm up a little again today...I was craving sweet last night...had a peanut butter and honey sandwich....(on whole wheat) so yummy...it could have been a worse choice I suppose, but I was definitely plenty over target by the end of the day...crawled into bed early too after watching part 1 of Roots with my son (drifting in and out of sleep through it).
I've taken a hiatus from exercise since last Saturday...the 4 mile "run" I did in the cold really wore me out.

I've had kids home sick the last few days. Busy at work--skipped the Y on Monday, and I'll trade it in tonight for a walk around the local Farm and Home Show at the county fairgrounds tonight. Decided to switch up my meals/food choices a bit--was starting to feel a bit bored, and maybe that will help me shake the 3 pounds that seem to be following me around the last month that I hadn't seen in 9 months previously. Today is my best girlfriend's Birthday!
