I do pray to God since I believe that He (Spirit, Love, Goodness) is everywhere. It is more of an asking for direction or posing a question and then humbly listening, mentally on my knees, to understand what I need to know/do/understand/have/be aware of. My awareness comes when I am sometimes led to talk to someone, read something, receive something, etc. Occasionally the answer will just come directly into my thoughts with a new awareness or sense of peace/happiness.
If I were to pray for another person, it would be humbly asking God to make his presence known to them in the way that they can understand, since I believe that He is already there with them. I would know that they are surrounded by Love and protected and supported by infinite Goodness, cared for with wisdom that is full and complete.

Well, I used to pray to God before I was a Christian. I think God always listens to our prayers, whoever we are. He loves us all.....

Part of the Eden Diet plan is to pray for others who are on the Eden Diet. So if you have any prayer requests, please post them on this thread, so we can pray for each other.
