I was going to say "I am a weigh-in addict" but as Rita quite rightly says in her book, what I need to say is the truth which is "I was a weigh-in addict"! But as losing weight is no longer my goal, I no longer need to weigh obsessively. I don't need to get all excited when I lose 7 pounds in the first week and then binge because I put 6 pounds back on after having a mini snickers bar...
I'm going to do what she suggests. Weigh after the seven day challenge and then monthly after that. :-)
