DELMEL......All you have to do is ....hold the right hand button down on your mouse. Scroll over the dates and than click copy. Post like you normally would but click on right button on the mouse and go to....(Paste). that should enter the information for you on the message post. Hope this works for you. The way I do it: I click reply and copy the dates. Then you can add your data then save by posting. There may be another way, but that's how I do it.

FOR THOSE THAT ARE NEW TO THIS CHALLENGE ...THIS IS HOW IT WORKS!!!!

YOU DECIDE HOW MANY MINUTES A DAY YOU WILL COMMIT TO EXERCISE AND MULTIPLY THAT NUMBER BY HOW MANY DAYS ARE IN THE MONTH OF JULY. REMEMBER ANY TYPE OF EXERCISE IS GREAT....TENNIS, GARDENING, GOLFING, SWIMMING etc.

LET'S SAY YOU WILL MAKE A PLEDGE TO DO 30 MINS. A DAY YOU THEN MULTIPLY THAT NUMBER BY 31 (DAYS IN JULY ) YOU WOULD THEN PLEDGE 930 MINUTES.

LET'S SEE IF WE CAN MEET OR BEAT OUR PLEDGES!!!
