Sunday- High carb-sorta...not a cheat day but not really healthy either emoticon

Monday- Low carb-doing it!! I also find that when I get in a workout its way easier to to stick to the eating plan! emoticon

Tuesday- High carb with one cheat meal-sorta not bad but not perfect!

Wednesday- Low carb-doing it!! Low carb days are so much easier for me...WHY??? lol emoticon

Thursday- high carb with one cheat meal-sorta did it was a fairly good day...but not great lol.

Friday- Low carb= Did it!!

Saturday- high Carb with one cheat-messed up emoticon oops

My second week:

Monday - low carb little rough time at work and didn't manage to get my 5th meal (didn't want to eat at 10pm right before going to bed)

Tuesday - high carb did it (just had my last meal of the day)

Wednesday - low carb (all meals prepared)

Thursday - high carb (going to the dentist in the morning. So we'll see...)

Friday - low carb

Saturday - high carb

Sunday - FREE

I have a question for anyone using the app on their phone: Is there any way to change the plan you use? It always gives me the turbo plan (2 low days, 1 high, 2 low days, 1 high, cheat day). I"d much prefer the regular plan (low, high, low, high, low, high, cheat). Just wondering. I need to get back on track. Going to pull out my books this weekend, reread and start up on Monday. Need to refamiliarize myself with foods, etc.

Sunday & Monday- low carb, Wednesday- high carb, Thursday & Friday- low carb, Saturday is cheat day but usually just high carb. When following the plan & eating Q 3hrs, it works wonderfully but if I miss that 3 hr mark, I'm starving and temptations are very difficult to resist but i think I've been doing good, even at work which can be junk food central sometimes!

The book was not clear. I just decided to go the week with all high carb days with no reward meals. I couldn't see doing 6 days in a row of high carb with reward meals. And I knew that I would need a whole reward day for the Bronco game today, and I was right about that. Tomorrow I start back on the regular easy plan with a low carb day. I am down 6/10 of a pound this week, so I am happy. Diet is going well - it feels like something I can stick to fairly easily, and is forgiving for special events, which is important to me.

How 'bout those Broncos!

Hi, I was wondering, does the easy plan usually have no reward meals during the sling shot week? or is that something you're doing on your own? I've never done the easy plan, and I'm curious! :) How are you doing? Natalie

This is my fourth week on the plan, so I am doing a slingshot week - all high carb days with no reward meals.

Monday - High carb - yes!

Tuesday - High carb

Wednesday - High carb

Thursday - High carb

Friday - High carb

Saturday - High carb

Sunday - High carb

I am working on reasonable portions and meal timing, and will miss my reward meals this week.

I will join you too. I am trying to stick tight to the program - this is my third week and I am on the easy plan.

Monday - Low carb - did it!

Tuesday - High carb w/ reward meal - did it!

Wednesday - Low - did it!

Thursday - High - check

Friday - Low - check

Saturday - High - check

Sunday - High - oops! Too much football party

I started 2 days before Christmas, which is not the best time to start but it helped things from being worse. I am working on following the program closely now and hoping for some good results.

Awesome Chana so glad I have someone to do this with!! I really need to do this! I have been doing horrid these past 2 months! Got off my routine running my to the hosptal and doctors...she had a mini stroe, then I got the flu but now things are getting back to normal and it's time to kick some butt! lol. emoticon

Monday- Low carb...lets just say thanks giving! Did great but had to have carbs at dinner wanted some stuffing! But had no pie! Come Thursday we are getting together for another thanks giving diner but I will be making a healthy version of pumpkin pie...lol hope it works!
