Monday - Starting carb cycling! High Carb
Tuesday- Low Carb (have a luncheon w/ teaching team but already looked at menu to plan what I can eat)
Wednesday- High Carb+cheat meal
Thursday- Low Carb
Friday- High Carb+cheat meal
Saturday- Low Carb
Sunday- High Carb+cheat meal
This will be my first week on the plan. I've actually already planned out my entire week of meals and will check back in next Monday on how I fared. 😬

The book was not clear. I just decided to go the week with all high carb days with no reward meals. I couldn't see doing 6 days in a row of high carb with reward meals. And I knew that I would need a whole reward day for the Bronco game today, and I was right about that. Tomorrow I start back on the regular easy plan with a low carb day. I am down 6/10 of a pound this week, so I am happy. Diet is going well - it feels like something I can stick to fairly easily, and is forgiving for special events, which is important to me.

How 'bout those Broncos!

This is my fourth week on the plan, so I am doing a slingshot week - all high carb days with no reward meals.

I am working on reasonable portions and meal timing, and will miss my reward meals this week.

I will join you too. I am trying to stick tight to the program - this is my third week and I am on the easy plan.

I started 2 days before Christmas, which is not the best time to start but it helped things from being worse. I am working on following the program closely now and hoping for some good results.

First time on slingshot, I was fine. I even lost 1/2 lb. This time, just not feeling it. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that my 3 boys are getting on a plane Monday, leaving for 9 weeks to Europe!! Thank goodness for my little home who will still be home with us!!!
