Thanks for the index card idea!
I found his book super confusing because of all the little moving parts. I have done a week of food without exercise, and this week, I am adding in some afternoon walking (baby shredders).... once I am comfortable with all that, probably after my slingshot week, I will add-in the morning missions, and I need SOMETHING to make it easier to figure out. the Timing, too, is confusing to me.. and I have a baby to tend to in the mornings, so I don't have time to spare on figuring things out as I go.
Goal 1=299 - New Eyeshadow
Goal 2=289 -New Lipstick
*Goal 3=269 - Pedicure
*Goal 4=259 - New Dress and no more need for a cpap!
