Thanks...Yeah hubbie got it for me for an early Christmas present it was 60% off! lol I didn't even know there even was such a thing as an arctrainer! That thing looks great! But I do like my elliptical...even though its still in the box! I have to get it set up but I said I wasn't feeling good but now I am so hopefully I can get it set up emoticon Yesterday I got in tons of walking today I do hope to get in a workout.

Yesterday I did Ignite 900 calorie burn/Hard Core Hiit along with 10 minutes of torture on the spin bike (man did those 10 minutes hurt...need to work up my endurance for sure!!)

Today was Kelly Coffey Meyers home Gym Intervals workout 1...used my spin bike and my Gazelle with hand weights....the bike was easier today then yesterday which was surprising emoticon Got to keep this up!!

Hi sorry I haven't been on here but I got the stomach flu or food poisoning on Sunday and I am trying to get 6 chairs and a table stained filled and ready to be sold this Thursday...lol when I posted the ad I really didn't think the table set would go so fast...its a 6 piece solid wood set and its driving my hubby nuts because its a high bar stool type...so he wants to get a shorter set. But keep on sharing your workouts with me because its really making me want to get one in! lol.

Awesome workout Chana!! (lol this is a repeat from the chambers so if you already read the chambers message please stop reading...but anyhow if you didn't...) Sorry I didn't make it on here yesterday but I had a very long busy day yesterday and today was a really long stressed out day! Glad its almost over...yesterday I didn't get in enough time to get in a dvd workout but I made up for it in getting in a ton of walking...my legs are sore today from walking yesterday. Today I did manage to squeeze in a workout I did Amy Bentos Kettlebell 3-In-1 today plus Ab Hits #2... loved it!! But even though I did only the beginner workout it felt like intermediate today! And the abs just killed! So glad I got that one and did it!

Kettlebells 18 minutes abs 12...a little short but it was hard today. emoticon

Awesome workout today!! Today I did Turbo Fire Fire 30...man I remember that not so long ago it was just pure fun! I died today!! I sooooo have got to work up to that again! No more slacking for me lol emoticon then I had to go into after and get my tire fixed so while they worked on the tire I went for a 20 minute power walked...went to a store that was 10 minutes away from the tire shop looked around the store for a bit then power walked back...I felt energized emoticon just like that lol.

I kinda ran out of time today I.moved a queen sized steel futon with single bed over top with a queen sized mattress with 2 kids sleeping on it tonight to get a rug out and then my daughter put a solid oak/veneer desk together while I went under it and pushed up with my back to put it together and then to put a new rug under it...my feet are killing me and so is the rest of me...good gravy I really did get a full body workout tonight! it was a dvd but it sure felt like a workout. emoticon

Yep got in another workout today and I was soooo tired from a late night yesterday and sooooo sore from sundays workout but had to even things out....I did Kelly Coffey Meyers Muscle Up #2 plus Express Kiss My Abs...felt great! Still tired but not as bad which is kinda weird if you ask me lol emoticon

Evening workout- 21 day fix Cardio fix

Monday- didn't organize my day so well forgot it was summer holidays and had to babysit last night..

Tuesday-much better today got in STS Disc 2 Back & Triceps followed by Kiss My Abs Express!

Hi Chana!! lol there horrible!! Eating is way over rated when you got braces for sure!! Its a lot easier to eat right....you don't want to eat so you put in the right foods in your mouth just for energy other then that I could not be bothered with food...which is good and bad...good for weightloss but the pleasure of food is like soooo gone! The braces diet lol...but it hurts as well and really annoying in the mouth! emoticon

Thursday- Cathe live Weights and cardio...would have done 54 minutes but after 42 my stream froze...I might have to cancel Cathe ondemand emoticon I loved working out with it as I did seem to be in class but the stream is not good.

Friday- ...sorta I did major house cleaning.
