Hi Chana!! lol there horrible!! Eating is way over rated when you got braces for sure!! Its a lot easier to eat right....you don't want to eat so you put in the right foods in your mouth just for energy other then that I could not be bothered with food...which is good and bad...good for weightloss but the pleasure of food is like soooo gone! The braces diet lol...but it hurts as well and really annoying in the mouth! emoticon

Hi LaDelle. I"m still here. The last few weeks were crazy, busy with my daughters last days of school and being the 5th grade chair. However, it's all done and I"m hoping to get back at it. Eating has been atrocious. Need to get my head back into it.

Sunday-Cathe's Lean Legs And Abs workout...LOVED that workout!!!

Monday- Cathe's STS Mesocycle 1 Disc 4! I am good and sore!! Awesome!

Tuesday-Today I did my set I got in the mail yesterday!! 21 day fix Cardio Fix along with 10 minute fix for abs. LOVED IT!! It kicked my butt!!

Wednesday- Today was STS Mesocycle 1 Disc 5 (Back & Triceps 58 miutes) today then gardened, Man was that workout long lol...but it got those muscles but good!! Love those workouts!!


Thursday- today I did a lot of walking,,,went grocery shopping in the city...was going to do a short cardio workout when I got home but I think I was a tad food poisoned my stomach hurts horribly emoticon

Nope didn't do one today...cleaned house all day and looked after 7 kids for 2 hours then had just for kids put them all to bed and now I am just beat!! I am hoping to do a workout tomorrow...if family doesn't get in the way that is. emoticon I like taking Saturday off but I have missed enough days this week...so if I can squeeze one in..if my sister takes my mom to see my aunt then I can do one...if not I will have to take mom to my aunts and won't be able to do one.

Sorry Chana I haven't been on here for the last couple of days but I have been having low blood pressure for the past couple of days and it was making me really dizzy and tired...added in more salt so I hope that has fixed the problem..and I also think I have low blood sugar as well so I need to find an eating plan that will be healthy for me and to help me lose this weight as well...instead of shrinking I am expanding!! emoticon yikes.

Hope to do a workout today...I have major house cleaning to do today and then later this evening I have to babysit for my daughter as she has to work tonight. emoticon

didn't take my walk last night. really tired during work and just took a regular break. but, today i dug out a few lilacs and transplanted them around the yard. did a short walk - to plant some out in "the field"-part of our yard. we have 3.5 acres-so, it was a short walk. lol

it doesn't help that its another gloomy - rainy day here.

you did great!! emoticon very good push!! I don't like those days when your feel tired...I am haveing one of those days myself today...I am soooooo very tired...but I did do a workout today because your right you do get a little boost for the rest of the day...I am still tired but not as bad...I am glad I got one in today emoticon

Friday- Rest day...taking 2 days off this week!! Sooooo very tired!

yup-reluctantly but i did walk on the treadmill at work yesterday. i was tired but, have found that a get a little boost for the rest of the work day. so, i finish on a high note. :)

Saturday - rest, except for the walking I did t the school fair today! Exhausted and my feet hurt!

Wednesday - 70 min spin bike

Friday = 15 min yoga

no-i haven't gotten to the point of adding specific exercise yet. I do yard work, etc (and trust me i'm sore today from trimming trees yesterday) for now. I haven't gotten to the point where I can add this to my schedule. I will get there-four weeks and my life will open up. :)
