Bursitis in the hip. Took an xray of the lower back and everything looked good, so he convinced me to do the shot. If it doesn't help, I'm telling him I want an MRI to see what's going on,

Sunday-T25 Alpha Cardio along with Kick burn abs!

Monday- Turbo Jam Kickin Core...stayed low impact due to stained calf muscle...used 2lb hand weights to kick it up a notch!! Worked great!

Sunday - took a day off!

Monday - 70 min spin bike, 25 min p.t.

Tuesday - 45 min treadmill; 45 min s.t.

Wednesday - 50 min walk (to p.t and back!); 25 min p.t.

Thursday - 65 min spin bike; 45 min s.t.

Friday - 50 min treadmill

Yes to all of the days. My rest day was spent at a festival so I ended up with 13,000 steps for the day anyway! Woo hoo!

I do the Shapers and I do interval walk/jog/sprints as well as Jillian videos. Additionally I usually walk 4-5 miles a day too.

Monday- I moved heavy boxes all (well 5 hours lol) day non stop except for eating time! I think that was a good enough workout don't you?? I think so! Feet are sore muscles are fatigued...so it had to be a great workout!! emoticon

Tuesday- Piloxing Sculpt 2! emoticonEvening workout! Step 360 Cardio Accelerator and Ab Blast

Wednesday-The Firm Cardio Sculpt...using the Step 360! lol they called that sculpt??! emoticon it was 40 minutes long and there was only 5 minutes of light weights!!

Thursday- 10 minute solution-bootcamp/ Cardio & Ab attack- Afternoon- power walked! Got in an evening workout!! Did K.C.M. total Body Kick boxing program 2!!!

Friday- The firm Super Sculpting!

Sunday ran the Norris Dam HARD Trail Race, and it was, 17 miles of hard. Took forever.

Yesterday ran a mile race, finished in under 10 min and PR'd the mile by 3 seconds.

Signed up for the Bog South Fork Trail race, another 17.4 miles in the woods. Beautiful route though. Looking forward to it.

Scale showed no weight lost for the first time since I have been carb cycling. This is the last week of cycling. Next week is sling shot. So hopefully I will get back on track.

Sunday - Stairs for an hour: up and down = 12 times! And, LaDelle, the doctor said I can do stairs, not the stairmaster!!

Monday - I actually took the day off!!!

Tuesday - 60 min arctrainer; 30 min s.t. Still need to do my p.t. exercises

Wednesday - 40 min walk (walked to P.T from my daughter's school), 25 min P.T., 50 min spinning at home (did a youtube video)

Thursday - 30 min elliptical; 45 min st

Friday - 35 min treadmill; 25 min p.t.

Saturday - a bit bummed about it, but I only got to do my 25 min p.t. exercises. 2 soccer games and extra girls coming over, never fit in my cardio. Already told DH that I get at least 90 min tomorrow (going to go for 2 hours!!)

Monday- Turbo fire/ Fire 45!!

Tuesday-JNL Fusion Upper Body Transfomer and JnL Stretch! I got in an extra workout tonight...I did Ultimate Fat Burn (Womens Health) LOVED IT!!!

Wednesday- Today was JNL Fusion Ballistic Backside and Piloxing Power Sculpt 1....loved it!!Did an evening workout...Brazilian Booty Workout!!Now that's fun and torture all wrapped in one!!! emoticon

Thursday- JNL Fusion..Shoulder Shredder!! LOVED IT!! After it was done lol!! Got in an evening workout did JNLFusion Speed and Agility along with Te Firm Core Toner!

Sunday - Stairs for an hour: up and down = 12 times! And, LaDelle, the doctor said I can do stairs, not the stairmaster!!

Monday - I actually took the day off!!!

Tuesday - 60 min arctrainer; 30 min s.t. Still need to do my p.t. exercises

Wednesday - 40 min walk (walked to P.T from my daughter's school), 25 min P.T., 50 min spinning at home (did a youtube video)

Thursday - 30 min elliptical; 45 min st

Friday - 35 min treadmill; 25 min p.t.

Sunday-JNL Fusion Total Body Transformation...it was just all abs not total body!! emoticon so I did Turbo Fire Upper 20 class as well!!

Evening workout...Turbo Fire Hiit 25!!!


Monday- Turbo fire/ Fire 45!!

Tuesday-JNL Fusion Upper Body Transfomer and JnL Stretch! I got in an extra workout tonight...I did Ultimate Fat Burn (Womens Health) LOVED IT!!!

Wednesday- Today was JNL Fusion Ballistic Backside and Piloxing Power Sculpt 1....loved it!!Did an evening workout...Brazilian Booty Workout!!Now that's fun and torture all wrapped in one!!! emoticon

Thursday- JNL Fusion..Shoulder Shredder!! LOVED IT!! After it was done lol!! Got in an evening workout did JNLFusion Speed and Agility along with Te Firm Core Toner!

Friday-

My rest day!!
