I did one hour of biking with the family. We had a good time, but then stopped at a great pizzeria... , so tomorrow, I get serious.. Today will be the cheat day, so I am not going to feel bad, but I will do better tomorrow.

It is a weight lifting day again today...and this is my second low carb day in a row. I have to believe that I will have enough energy to do it after yesterday's rest day. But it felt weird to not do anything! I wonder if a walk wouldn't have been a good idea....otherwise I literally sit around most of the day and that just cannot be good for me! It seems weird to go to the gym and workout like crazy and then come home and sit around. But then I think...hey, you will be able to do more and more and you lose weight...so just be patient and keep working and trust that the results will allow you to change how you live from day to day as time goes on! Yes! That is why I am doing this!

Hi sorry I was away I had the worst flu ever it was horrid lasted over a month...today was the first day I could actually do a workout!!! It felt GREAT!!! I did Kathy Smiths PGX Ultimate Sculpt..used 10`s 5`s one 15 and a 20 very tuff workout and I didn`t use half the weight I usually can use...must have been sick hey?? great workouts! Glad your in here posting!!

Monday- Yesterday my workouts was shoveling out 2 feet of snow around my moms car and mine and off the balcony ( I was sweating big time by the time I was done...lol looked like I had just washed my hair!) and then I went on a bootcamp mall walk with my daughter in hiker snowboots..man that girl walks fast!! I thought I walked fast but boy does she go!! Lol I told her she should start a mall walk bootcamp she goes so fast I keep on forgetting you don't have to do a dvd to get in a great workout! Man that snow! And lol my daugther!!
Tuesday- Today I had a unexpected day off as an emergency (2 actually) with the family came up and it lasted all day and evening so when I thought I could get one in this evening because I had to skip my morning workout...it didn't workout that way instead I was looking after 2 of my grand children instead...not wasted time at all though because I do so love spending time with them but man it would have been nice if I could have got one in!! Come tomorrow I will be doing a double workout!!
Sunday- Quick fix/Cardio kick Upper body, Jnl Shoulder shedder and Ab shredder...it was awesome!!
Monday-kickbox cross train to warmup with then did JNL F. Lower body finished with yoga 6 pack. DONE!!
Tuesday-10 minute solution hot body bootcamp cadio, JNL Fusion Bicep Builder.
Wednesday-JNL Fusion TKO Fat Blast.
did an evening workout...Give me ten more core cut...perfect pilates, Fat blasting Cardio and stretch & flex. It flet great!!
Thursday- 10 minute solution/ kettlebell Thigh & bun Blaster for a warm up then did Jnl Fusion Lean Legs! Man those JNL Fusion really kick butt!! Short and sweet!!
Friday-Today I did Les Mills Pump Flow with 10 minute solution R R Pilates-Total Body blast. The first workout was easy but man that 10 minute pilates is killer! Its been one awesome week!! I did GREAT!!
yes please post your workouts here...may it have been you walked that day or jogged or did a fitness dvd or went to a class... whatever you have done for the day for exercise minus housework, garden work... you know every day tasks that just had to be done...this is exercise we are talking about that revs up the heart and makes you sweat exercise...post here please.
