I love the 100 cal almond packs for my fat. Also cream cheese/blue cheese/peanut butter on celery. Some lunch meat and a cheese stick works well too! I am thinking of getting a few protein bars...but my body does not do well with them...it thinks they are candy.

Hi. It's a low carb day for me and I brought plain yogurt with a touch a sweetener, plus some almonds on the side. Last week I snacked on cottage cheese and berries. Working on keeping all 5 meals the same size. I work full time so I've learned to enjoy carrying a little cooler bag with me every day. Have a great week!

Hey, welcome to the group! I'm unfortunately not going to be much help since I can't eat so many things (a lot of allergies), (though nut butter in celery comes to mind for you) but I treat each "snack" like a meal since he said he wants us to have the same things for five meals I just aim for that. So if I have a shake, it's low carb protein powder, avocado or oil, veggies and maybe stevia. If I have a "reg" meal, it's palm sized meat, oil or black olives, veggies.
