Hey, welcome to the group!
I'm unfortunately not going to be much help since I can't eat so many things (a lot of allergies), (though nut butter in celery comes to mind for you) but I treat each "snack" like a meal since he said he wants us to have the same things for five meals I just aim for that. So if I have a shake, it's low carb protein powder, avocado or oil, veggies and maybe stevia. If I have a "reg" meal, it's palm sized meat, oil or black olives, veggies.
