Hi guys, im here, just havent been paying attention and got lazy, back on...here we go....
1: flat bread turkey sausage and egg white, coffee
2: snack Greek yogurt and walnuts (no veggies)
3: salmon packet mayo, grape tomatoes
4: greek yogurt, carrots, pb
5: dinner we will see....
also, if i go to a grocery store or health food store, i want a protein shake, which is good for the protein in both LC and HC meals, say i want to have a shake for snack? what's best!!
