Awesome I am can now follow the plan again! Stomach can take high fiber foods again!! today is my first day of low carbs since I got sick back in December. So far so good but mom is baking buns today so I am hoping I will make it through to tomorrow...then I can have one!
What day are you on? Low or high. What do yo like to eat in the evening on low carb days that helps keep you feeling full till the next day?
Yesterday was so busy I actually more than made it through without ever feeling really hungry and it was a protein/fat day. I love doing the cottage cheese, salsa, avocado meal from the book. That is SO good to me.
