Mmmmmm.... oatmeal. I tossed a sliced link of breakfast sausage into mine the other morning- something so delicious about the savory combined with sweet- to boost the protein and still under 250 calories! I eat breakfast at my desk but cook at home, so my food sits for a bit before I can eat it. I just microwave old fashioned oats for about 4 minutes and pop into a lidded container- 1/2 hour later they're delicious, if you like a firmer, chewy texture (I do).
