Wow! Great reasons to give sugar the boot! I' d love to see some sugar alternatives listed along with how and when to use them. I've tried agave, found out I was allergic, and use stevia pretty regularly. What about palm / date "sugar" ? Is it ok?

Thanks for sharing, I didn't know a lot of these things. I don't think I'll survive this challenge, but I will do my best to significantly reduce the amount of added sugar I eat. I'll be cheering you on your quest tho!
