There are five steps to the FITNESS section of F4I. Exercise Nutrition Sleep Stress Management Healthy Habits
In order to truly acheive your life goals, these things need to be a center of focus. If you do not take care of yourself, it is impossible for you to do anything else.
Pick ONE thing that you can do from each catagory - small things! Baby steps are good. You may already be doing some of these things in your goal steps!!
Example: Exercise - I will walk 30 minutes a day. Nutrition - I will eat one serving of vegetable at each meal. Sleep - I will get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep and aim for 7-9. Stress Management - I will write in my journal every day. Healthy Habits - I will have a dental screening/cleaning every 6 months.
